Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Spargo.ai handles personal data on the spargo.ai website, in the Spargo.ai application, in the email we send you, and through the analytics snippet on the websites you publish with us. Spargo.ai is the controller of that data. Our Terms of Use govern the service itself.

2. Data we collect

When you create an account we receive your name, email address, and avatar from Google or Apple sign-in, or the email address you verify with a one-time code. When you connect a platform we store the access tokens that let the agents act on it for you. Stripe handles payment, so we receive your plan, its status, and the last four digits of your card, never the full number. We record usage — credits consumed, actions run, models called — and we store the content you upload or generate, including briefs, assets, campaigns, and websites.

We also hold the lead data you search for or import from lead-data providers, and the outreach you send with the replies it draws. The tracker.js snippet on websites you publish reports page views, referrer, device type, and a coarse location derived from the visitor's IP address, which we do not store. In your browser we use the crexta_locale cookie for your language, and local storage for the authentication token that keeps you signed in and for a flag that remembers you dismissed the language banner.

3. How we use data

We use this data to provide and operate the service, to run the agents you instruct, to bill you and prevent fraud, to send transactional email such as daily digests and notifications (which you can turn off in settings), to improve the product using aggregated usage statistics, and to comply with the law. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

To generate content the service sends your prompts and the related material to third-party AI model providers, which process it under their own terms. We do not use your content to train our own models. Please do not upload data you are not allowed to share with a processor outside your organization.

5. Sharing

We share data with the processors that make the service work: Stripe for payments, Google and Apple for sign-in, AI model providers, email delivery services, lead-data providers, and cloud hosting and content-delivery providers. To connected platforms — Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, your email provider — we send only what you instruct us to publish or deliver. We never sell personal data. We disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights and our users.

6. Lead data and people you contact

For outreach we act on your instructions as your processor: you decide who is contacted and what is said, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. Anyone who receives a message sent through Spargo.ai can write to [email protected] to have their data removed from our systems, and we will act on that request and tell the customer who contacted them.

7. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and for a short period afterwards, billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and analytics events in aggregated form. Deleting your account deletes your content and your lead data, except where we must keep something by law.

8. Security

We encrypt data in transit, restrict access to the people who need it, keep platform tokens server-side, and never hold full card data. No method of storage or transmission is perfect; if you find a vulnerability or suspect a breach, write to [email protected].

9. Your rights

To access, correct, export, or delete your data, email [email protected]: we will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time and turn off digests in settings. Residents of the EU, the UK, and California have further statutory rights, including the right to object to processing and to complain to a regulator.

10. International transfers

We process data in the United States. Where data comes from the EU, the UK, or another region with transfer rules, we rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards with our processors.

11. Children

The service is for adults: you must be at least 18 to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete such data when we find it.

12. Changes

We post updates on this page with a new "last updated" date, and we tell you by email before a material change takes effect.
