What are credits?

Credits are the unit every Spargo action is priced in. Generating copy, images or video, finding leads, sending outreach and running analytics each consume a set number of credits. Paid plans convert the price above a small platform baseline into credits at one hundred credits per dollar, so the bigger the plan, the more work Spargo can do for you each month.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Every account receives a small grant of free credits every day, no card required. It is enough to explore the product, draft a first campaign or find a handful of leads. When you need more, upgrade to any paid plan and the monthly credits are added on top of the daily grant.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Monthly plans renew every month and can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed once a year at half the monthly price per month and deliver the same credits every month for the whole year. All prices are in US dollars.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing settings inside the app. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period, and the credits you already paid for stay available until then.

What does the Custom plan include?

The Custom plan is for teams that need a larger credit volume, a dedicated support contact, a service-level agreement or invoicing. Book a demo and we will tailor the credits and terms to your growth targets.

Which plans include Auto Mode and analytics?

Analytics dashboards are included from the Basic plan up. Auto Mode, where Spargo proposes and runs growth experiments on its own schedule, is included in Pro and Custom. Every plan includes all AI models and a commercial license for the content you create.
